Bulk Actions for ConfluenceComing soon

Change labels, statuses, and archive pages across a whole space in one pass.

Confluence makes you edit pages one at a time. Bulk Actions lets you select pages from the page tree or a filter, preview exactly what will change, apply labels, statuses, or archiving to all of them at once, and keep a history of every run so you can see what happened and by whom.

How it works

  1. Open Bulk Actions from a space and select pages from the page tree, or build a selection with filters such as label, last-updated date, or title.
  2. Choose an action: add or remove labels, set a page status, or archive.
  3. Review the mandatory preview, which lists every page and the exact change it will receive. Nothing runs until you confirm.
  4. Apply. Results show per-page success or failure, and every run is kept in the operation history.
